Fareham Mayor to appear at awards evening
MAYOR of Fareham Connie Hockley is the guest of honour at the annual Solent Speakers awards evening.
In an event open to the public, the club will host an awards ceremony on Tuesday, July 19 at the Lysses House Hotel.
Club leader Lee Werrell said: ‘Voting for the awards is done by members, for members.
‘We have a whole list of awards to give out, so it is sure to be an exciting evening.’
Doors to the event will open at 7.30, and the evening will run for two hours.
