HEALTH businesses will come together in Gosport for a showcase to encourage people to improve their lifestyle.

The Health and Wellbeing Festival is returning for its third year at St Vincent Leisure Centre tomorrow from 10am until 3pm.

The aim of the festival is to promote the importance of people’s physical and mental wellbeing.

Event founder Pippa-Jo Marsden said: ‘There is a more dynamic offering this year, which we are really excited about.

‘People can get a clear picture of what health services are available in Gosport, get interactive, and try out new fitness classes and relaxation methods.’

The event is free and will host an array of interactive and educational activities.

These include fitness tests, pole fitness demonstrations, weight management advice, children’s multi-sports activities, an assault course, massage and holistic therapists, physiotherapy, dance classes, bootcamps and more.
