Fireworks cancelled at Southsea lights switch-on
A FIREWORKS display at the switch-on of the Christmas lights in Southsea's Palmerston Road has been cancelled.
Organisers said it was too windy to put on the show.
Crowds are already gathering for the switch-on, which was due at 5pm but is running behind schedule.
