AN AWARD-WINNING folk duo are set to take an arts centre by storm.

Tim Edey and Brendan Power recently won the Best Duo title at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards earlier this year.

Edey also topped it off with the coveted Musician of the Year award.

They will be gracing the stage at Ashcroft Arts Centre, in Fareham, tomorrow night where they will perform tracks from their debut album Wriggle and Writhe.

Two of the most respected and active artists on the acoustic and Celtic scene, Kent-based Edey is known for his button accordion playing and Powers for his dazzling harmonica skills

The duo also have successful solo careers and numerous collaborations, having worked with Kate Bush Sting, 
Van Morrison and John Williams.
