FUNDRAISING efforts in memory of a mum-of-one who died on Boxing Day have reached nearly £6,000, with donations still pouring in.
Kelly Long, a colleague of Sabrina Bellman, set up a crowdfunding page to raise money for Sabrina’s three-year-old daughter Elsie and husband Dominic.

Sabrina, from Gosport, died in a car crash in Bodmin in Cornwall while visiting family.
Since being set up, the page has seen more than 200 donations with £5,860 raised as of last night.
Kelly, who knew Sabrina from Age UK Portsmouth, said: ‘I’m not surprised that so much has been given.
‘I had the target of £1,000 because I didn’t want to be greedy, but that was reached well within 24 hours. By the end of the first day, we had almost doubled the target.
‘Sabrina was a very well-loved person so I am not surprised that more than £5,000 has been raised.’
Donations on the Just Giving page have not only come from Sabrina’s close friends and family, but also people who did not know her.
One donation came from a family in Manchester who had read the story in the national papers.
Kelly added: ‘It’s incredible that the story has reached so many people.
‘So much support was shown for Dominic and Elsie and I wanted to do something to help them.
‘I thought it’s a nice way for people to help them financially but also show how much she was loved.’
Kelly has also organised an event this weekend to raise more money.
At The Box gym, where Sabrina was a member from October, people will be taking part in a fitness circuit inspired by her birthday.
Participants will be doing 27 hang power cleans, burpee broad jumps across one length of the gym, 19 pull-ups and 89 squats.
The event at the crossfit gym, on Commercial Road, Portsmouth, is on Saturday at 10am.
