Getting gooey for science
YOUNGSTERS at Kiddi Caru in Whiteley have been channelling their inner science boffins.
Using baking powder, contact lens solution, PVA glue and food colourings, the children have been making different slimes to play with during nursery sessions.
Nursery manager Kate Gracz said: ‘The children were very excited about it.
‘The activity helped them to practice their maths and science skills by weighing, measuring and mixing the ingredients.’
