Grazing land for horses in Fareham up for grabs in 'rare opportunity'

GRAZING land has become available in Stubbington, with Fareham Borough Council inviting residents to bid for the land at Mancroft Avenue.

The three-year licence includes about 0.98 acres of land for the grazing of two ponies or horses.

Vehicles cannot reach the field and there is no water or electricity supply to the land.

Documents can be viewed on the council’s website which include the location of the land, the licence agreement and the bid submission form.

Bids must be sent to [email protected] by midday on September 18.

Bids can also be posted to Estates Dept, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 7AZ.
