DO YOU need a reason to go running?

The Joe Glover Trust is looking for people to take part in the Great South Run.

The trust was formed following the death of eight-year-old Joe, from Winchester, to non Hodgkins lymphoma in 2005.

It gives grants to parents across Hampshire who take unpaid time off work to care for sick children.

The charity has given more than £9,000 since January.
