Here are the best school uniform deals for Portsmouth parents

Getting a new school uniform before term starts again can be an expensive endeavour. 

We have researched which of the high street retailers in Portsmouth are offering the best deals on uniforms. 

Aldi

Budget supermarket Aldi is offering uniform bundles for boys and girls which start at £5. 

The boys pack contains two plain polo shirts, a round neck sweatshirt and trousers. 

While the girls pack comes with two plain polo shirts, a round neck sweatshirt and a skirt.

Asda

Supermarket chain Asda are offering a two pack of Boys long sleeve white shirts from £3.50 and a pack of two short sleeve shirts from £3. 

A two pack of white boys polo shirts from £2.50 and a range of black or grey trousers starting at £3. 

Asda are also offering blue, red and navy sweatshirts from £2 for boys. 

Boys plimsolls also start from £2.50. 

For girls a two pack of white polo shirts start from £2.50, with grey pleated skirts starting at £3.50. 

Asda also stock a range of sweatshirts and cardigans which start from £2. 

Black girls trousers start at £3 and black plimsoll shoes start at £2.50.

Debenhams 

This high street retailer is offering a pack of two Boys regular white shirts for between £7 and £13, with a buy one get one half price offer also in place. 

While a set of two short sleeve boys shirts cost between £6 and £12. 

For girls a set of two long sleeve blouses will cost from £7 to £13, while a short sleeve two pack range from £6 to £12. 

Girls pinafores cost between £10 and £14 and are included in the buy one get one half price deal. 

While for Boys a two pack of slim fitting black trousers range in price for £11 to £17, while regular trousers cost between £11 and £15 - both options are included in the buy one get one half price deal. 

For shoes black Mary Jane school shoes will cost between £16 to £20.80 for girls, while boys shoes range in price from £22.40 to £29.60 for slip on and £22.40 to £27.20 for laces ups.
