Scottish-American actor has had his odds slashed after ITV revealed the full list of stars taking part in the 2018 edition of the show. 

The Torchwood star has been cut from 10/1 outsider into 3/1 clear favourite to win the show, following a flurry of bets on the entertainer.

Barrowman is the punters' pick for the show as well, accumulating 19% of all bets over the last 24 hours on who will win the ITV hit series.

He overtakes previous favourite Noel Edmonds, who was not officially unveiled by producers, although is rumoured to be entering the jungle. The Deal or No Deal host is 6/1 to win it despite not being announced.

Elsewhere, Coronation Street star Sair Khan is the second favourite to win the show at 6/1, followed by the Governess Anne Hegerty at 8/1.

Famed for playing Will's love interest in The Inbetweeners, Emily Atack is also 8/1 to be crowned Queen of the Jungle, alongside football manager Harry Redknapp and The Vamps' James McVey.

DIY SOS star Nick Knowles is 9/1, with X-Factor's Fleur East coming in at 10/1.

Malique Thompson-Dwyer is 12/1 and actress Rita Simmons rounds off the contestants at 14/1.
