The event in Old Portsmouth on December 21 will shine a light on the selfless individuals who have kept Portsmouth ticking during the hardship of 2020.

From kind-hearted neighbours going the extra mile to NHS staff on the front line, anyone in the Portsmouth area can be nominated to attend.
