A 1,100 MILE cycle ride has raised over £12,500 for two charities - the MS Society and The Prostate Project.
Inspired by the work the MS Society did for his sister and the work the Prostate Project did with his father, Nick Richens, MD of London Camera Exchange, on West Street, Fareham, cycled to every one of the chain’s 28 camera stores across the UK.
He cycled from Plymouth to Manchester to Norwich before finishing in Winchester.
Nick, 54, said: ‘I fancied cycling but did not want to do something which had already been done.
‘I thought “why not make something of my own?”.
