YOUNG mum Sally Upfield pushed herself to the limit to complete a gruelling cycle ride for charity.
The 24-year-old has multiple sclerosis and was given an enormous amount of practical and emotional help after being diagnosed with the debilitating condition.
Spurred on by her sporty boyfriend Shane Buckland the mum-of-one started exercising which helped ease some symptoms.
And yesterday she cycled all the way from Havant to Brighton with a group of friends to raise money for the MS Society.
Sally, of Mole Hill, Waterlooville, said: ‘It took six hours altogether, that’s 46 miles.
‘I was doing well until about two hours before the end when I became absolutely exhausted. But there was no way I was going to give up. I’m so happy we made it.’
