A SUMMER party will take place to raise money for
the smallest and sickest of babies.

Children’s charity Ickle Pickles is hosting the event on Sunday from midday to 7pm on the Knowle village playing fields to fundraise for hospital neo-natal units.

The party will feature games, an assault course, the Jungle Buddies Playbus, laser tag, Chris Pye Motorsport, stalls, a Pimm’s tent and a bar.

There will also be a toy tombola, fire engine, a bouncy castle, ice cream van and face painting.

Musicians including DJ Andy, the Solent Sounds Chorus and Winterhills Band will perform on a stage.

An Ickle Pickes party in Southsea was planned for August 17, but had to be cancelled due to the bad weather.
