Here’s our picture gallery of Blue Day so far - the day of the year when the area becomes a sea of blue for a good cause.
Since 2008, Portsmouth and the surrounding area has raised money for the Tom Prince Cancer Trust each year with a big blue push.
It started the day before Portsmouth’s FA Cup semi-final in 2008, and was repeated the day before the final that year, which Pompey won - and it’s been back every year since.
And the collective efforts of annual Blue Days - which are organised by the trust and The News - have seen the total break the £1m mark.
Tom was a devoted Pompey fan from Southsea who died on the eve of his 16th birthday from osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer.
The cancer trust set up in his name is raising money for research into the disease.
So if you see any collection buckets in town today, dig deep. And if you can join the blue tide, so much the better!
