Jayne and Justin Pannell, the husband and wife behind Children’s Parties Portsmouth, delivered the annual Easter party for the Carlton Club, Farlington, from their Portsmouth home at the bank holiday weekend.

Jayne says:

Justin Pannell danced the day away with Bella the bunny while 40 families joined in via Zoom.

‘We loved it. It was so nice we could still put on the party for them,’ adds Jayne.
