Portsmouth couple reminsce about their 'great' wedding in Southsea

Laura Randall knew as soon as she met Russell Wilkinson, they would be together forever.

For 10 years, their relationship has been filled with laughter so it was no surprise when Russell got down on one knee.

Laura, 39, says: ‘We met in the Royal Albert pub in January 2010.

‘We got on like a house on fire.’

Russell, 37, proposed in 2018 and a year later the couple tied the knot at the Royal Beach Hotel, Southsea.

‘It was lovely,’ she adds.

‘The whole day was great. It was good to see all of our family and friends.’

The couple partied the day away with their children Sasha, Theodore and Russell’s daughter Holly, as well as their family and friends. Laura smiles and says: ‘I really enjoyed the evening because we could relax more.’

The Wilkinsons enjoyed their honeymoon in Gran Canaria.
