Premier Interior Systems is bringing its high-end refurbishments to Portsmouth's smaller businesses

Premier Interior Systems Ltd has been helping companies with renovations since 2006 and has worked with brands such as Kurt Geiger, Oliver Bonas and Toni & Guy over the past 15 years.
Working with them to come up with design solutions, the business offers bespoke joinery and manufacturing services, manages the build from start to finish and can also provide help with electrical and telecommunications services.
It is now looking to work with more companies near its office in Fort Fareham Industrial Estate, Fareham.
Managing director Adrian Donald said he wants businesses to know that he is there and despite the big brands on his portfolio, no job is too small.
He said: ‘Local companies looked at us and thought maybe we weren’t the right fit because they thought we were maybe too expensive or a bit too high level in some respects that maybe they couldn’t afford to use us.’
‘It’s a nice comment but I don’t want people to think they can’t work with us because we’re working with brands like Toni & Guy, Paul Smith and Oliver Bonas.’
The company has already been working with Fareham Borough Council and has completed four office refurbishments for businesses this year, including Interpro, White Recruitment and Dynamite Recruitment.
Adrian said: ‘We have been starting to work more locally, we’re about to embark on our fourth office refurbishment and we’ve already had feedback saying that by using our fast-track shop fitting experience, they find it easy to work with us and that we deliver a better and quicker job than some local builders.’
With jobs ranging from £5,000 to £500,000 and more, Adrian said the size of the job isn’t important to him.
He said: ‘I’ve never been one to shy away from smaller projects, it doesn’t really matter to us, we'll do the smaller ones and the bigger ones.’
Additionally, the company has spent the last few years making a conscious effort to employ more people from the area and taking on apprentices from nearby colleges, in order to bring the whole company’s focus back to Portsmouth and the surrounding areas.
