ANIMAL rights activists will be marching through Fareham town centre to protest against Wickham Labs.

Organised by Stop Wickham Animal Testing, the protesters will hold their annual march through Fareham for the first time on Saturday, September 15 from noon.

The controversial animal testing facility moved from its original site in Wickham last year to premises on Barwell Lane in Gosport, but it has kept the same trading name.

The protesters will be meeting at the church hall of Holy Trinity Church on West Street where there will be animal welfare and vegan food stalls. After the march there will be a demonstration outside the labs.
