TEENAGERS with learning disabilities in Chichester have reached the finals of a national quiz on shoppers’ rights.

Young people from St Anthony’s, in Woodlands Lane, are going head to head with hundreds of others in the Consumer Challenge next week.

The quiz, being held in Brighton on Tuesday, is run by the Trading Standards Institute to help children from special educational needs schools understand their legal rights.

Teacher Sam Mannering said: ‘This is the second year running we have entered the competition.

‘The pupils have a number of complex needs and learning disabilities ranging from autism to ADHD. They are looking forward to the quiz and it promises to be a really fun and enjoyable day out.’
