ORGANISERS behind Gosport’s newest radio station have raised nearly £750 toward setting up the station – in just four months.

Kieron Howes, 24, of Cottage Grove, Leesland set up Revolution radio with three friends, hoping to open soon as the town’s community radio station.

And their fundraising was boosted by a Christmas Fete held on Saturday, December 15, where the group raised £70, bringing their total to £748.45.
