A REINDEER proved to be a big success at a pub winter wonderland.
The Wheelwright’s Arms, in Emsworth Road, Havant hosted a Christmas market, offering crafts, food and drink.
There was a snow machine, an elf and Christmas-themed games. The Havant Pitch Pipers belted out carols and a reindeer was on show outside.
Landlord Sean Clapson said: ‘It’s brought a bit of community festive spirit. It’s the first time we have done it.
‘Everyone was coming down as soon as they finished school and feeding the reindeer.’
The pub was refurbished earlier this year and re-opened in the summer.
The pub has been supporting the Wave 105 Mission Christmas toy appeal and people were able to drop off gifts for local children who live in poverty.
