Service wants Anti-Bullying Week to be a success

A SERVICE that aims to boost self-confidence among young people says that this week is important.

Champs Academy recently started running sessions at Gosport Leisure Centre in Forest Way.

With Anti-Bullying Week running from November 13 to 17 across the UK, the service is asking for anyone who is a victim of bullying to come forward to one of the sessions.

Claire Green from Champs Academy Gosport said: ‘Being bullied can have an enormous impact on both a child’s education and personal development, so coming up with strategies to deal with bullying is incredibly important.’
