A MULTI-MILLION-POUND renovation of a manor house that used to be a mental health facility is progressing well, according to its owner.

The restoration of Coldeast mansion in Sarisbury Green is being led by property developer Nick Sutton.

Work has started to turn the manor into a conference and function suite that can cater up to 150 people, with 38 hotel apartment suites, at the start of this year.

Mr Sutton said that ‘progress is good’ and he hopes the building will open in the spring.
