THE screen is in place and there is still a chance to buy tickets for a unique cinematic experience.

The Greenhouse Cafe, in The Square, Emsworth, will pay tribute to its past life as a cinema when it hosts a weekend of films, beginning tomorrow.

A marquee is being put up in the courtyard today, a red carpet laid and food prepared for the event which will raise money for Cancer Research UK.

The event marks the cafe’s 10th anniversary.

There are still tickets available for The Muppets Movie which is showing tomorrow and Sunday and No Impact Man which is showing the following evening.

The whole of Sunday is carbon neutral with the screen being powered by peddle power. Anyone is welcome to have a go on the bicycle.

Tickets for Saturday Night and Sunday Morning, showing on Saturday night, have now sold out.

There will be a number of short films playing. To buy tickets call the cafe on 01243 370838 or pop in.
