A TITCHFIELD model has been crowned Miss Hampshire and will now represent the county at the national finals.

Grace Levy beat 11 other women to become crowned the new Miss Hampshire. She will now prepare for the Miss England contest in Leicester in June.

Grace, 22, from West Street in Titchfield, said: ‘I have done a lot of beauty pageants before but I have never won. It was such a great feeling to hear my name read out.

‘At first I couldn’t believe it until the crown was on my head and people were taking photos.’

But Grace, who recently appeared on ITV’s Take Me Out, added there will be some tough competition at the national finals. ‘I think there are going to be a lot of beautiful girls there so it’s going to be hard work,’ she said.
