Swedish students finish Portsmouth on a marine mission
The event was part of a collaboration between Gothenburg University - a world-leading university in the field of marine biology.
Called Project Virtue, the university uses the training ship Gunilla, which takes a group of 32 Swedish students to visit port cities all around the world. The students then write reports about each species.
The project was organised alongside the University of Portsmouth, with students from Portsmouth College.
William Green, business associate at the university, said: ‘It went really well.
‘They seemed very enthusiastic. They found it very interesting.’
