Fitness instructor, Clare Haines, is looking for 200 fun, fitness fans to join her in a giant charity Boogie Bounce for Sport Relief.

Organisers hope to raise up to £10,000 for charity when the event will take place on Sunday, March 18, at Warblington High School in Havant from 10am-12pm.

Clare hopes that participants will discover the benefits of bouncing on trampolines for themselves.

She said: ‘I never enjoyed exercise until I discovered Boogie Bounce, I loved it so much I gave up selling sweets to become a full time instructor and launched my own classes in October 2016.

‘Because the exercise is low-impact, it offers benefits with far less chance of injury than other forms of exercise.

‘We’ve had some brilliant weight-loss successes – with some bouncers shedding up to five stone!
