Hide AdClare hopes that participants will discover the benefits of bouncing on trampolines for themselves.
She said: ‘I never enjoyed exercise until I discovered Boogie Bounce, I loved it so much I gave up selling sweets to become a full time instructor and launched my own classes in October 2016.
‘Because the exercise is low-impact, it offers benefits with far less chance of injury than other forms of exercise.
‘We’ve had some brilliant weight-loss successes – with some bouncers shedding up to five stone!
