Two women cut free from car after Cosham crash

TWO women had to be freed from their car after becoming trapped when their vehicle ended up in a ditch at the roadside.

Firefighters from Cosham had to cut the casualties from their car after being called to a road traffic collision on Widley Walk at 5.23pm this afternoon (March 1).

The two women needed medical treatment and were handed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service Two fire appliances were deployed to the scene before crews were stood down at 6.02pm.
