VEGANS, veggies and those looking to cut down on meat are invited to the Incredible Vegan Roadshow organised by the charity Viva!

The Portsmouth Guildhall event on Saturday, September 5 will offer nutritional advice to those who attend from 10.30am to 4pm.

Entry, food-tasting, and advice are available for free.

As well as information about diet change and health improvement, the roadshow also holds cookery demonstrations, talks, veggie stalls, vegan food products, competitions, cruelty-free fashion, beauty products and more.

The Portsmouth event follows 35 other roadshows the charity has held across the UK since 2004 promoting vegan and vegetarian lifestyles.

Director of Viva! Juliet Gellatley said: ‘For the increasing numbers of people who want to find out more about improving their health, saving animals and protecting the environment, this is an upbeat event which will entertain and help.’
