Police caught Neil El-Komboz, 30, snacking on a burger and watched coffee pour out of his mouth as he tried to drink.

Officers arrived after El-Komboz, of Brighton, was seen stumbling round an Asda with friends while high on heroin, crack cocaine and Valium before driving to McDonald’s.

Staff at Asda in Brighton Marina called police after witnessing El-Komboz and his friends stumbling around the store at around 4.20am.
