SIX of the Fareham in Bloom award-winning gardens will be open this weekend.

The event will take place on Sunday from 11am to 6pm.

An inclusive ticket will cost £5 in aid of charity and Fareham in Bloom. One ticket bought at the first garden gives entry to all the gardens open on that day.

The gardens are Oakfields, 45 Segensworth Road in Titchfield, 2 Shenley Close in Fareham, 8 Birdwood Grove in Portchester, 11 Brecon Close in Fareham, 51 Longmynd Drive in Fareham and 20 Titchfield Park Road in Locks Heath.

Councillor Connie Hockley said: ‘This annual event is a fantastic opportunity for people to see the award-winning gardens we have in the borough. We’re always so impressed by the Fareham in Bloom entries each year and I’d encourage anyone to go along and see these gardens for themselves.’
