Wayne Sleep to star at Hayling Ferry relaunch ceremony
BALLET legend Wayne Sleep will be the special guest at the relaunch of the Hayling Ferry on Friday.
The dancer, who appeared on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here in 2002, will attend the event to mark the return of the ferry service.
He will declare the Pride of Hayling as reopen and will be among the first guests onboard for her first voyage.
Celebrations will take place from 12.30pm at The Ferry Boat Inn, Hayling Island.
The first crossing from Hayling to Eastney will take place at around 1.30pm.
