Last month we revealed the most common places people move to Portsmouth from in the UK, with 14,258 people arriving here in the 12 months to June 2019.

Now, we can reveal the top 10 destinations people going in the opposite direction were headed for.

A total of 16,411 people left Portsmouth for a new life elsewhere in the UK in the same 12-month period, the Office for National Statistics figures show.

From Southampton to Brighton, here are the places draining the most people from Portsmouth.
