A CHRISTMAS tree festival returns to a Copnor church this week.

The event at St Cuthbert’s Church, Lichfield Road, starts at 7.30pm on Friday with a concert by the Solent Male Voice Choir.

Trees can be viewed on Saturday from 11am to 5.30pm, with a performance by the Pompey Pluckers at 11am.

On Sunday it runs from 1pm to 5pm with the Solent Barbershop Singers performing at 3pm. Tickets to Friday’s concert cost £7 and include drinks and nibbles. Entry to the festival will be £1.50 on the door.
