Police fine Portchester speedsters after plea from residents
TWO cars were fined for speeding after Portchester residents called on their police neighbourhood team for help.
Officers caught two drivers in White Hart Lane, with three others given driving advice.
Three drivers were also given advice in The Crossways after their vehicles were just over 30mph.
Three other drivers in Castle Street were given advice on their speed.
