Police launch appeal to find missing Fratton 12-year-old

Police are appealing for information after Amira Powell, 12, went missing from her homein Fratton  at 4.30pm on Saturday, February 25.

Hampshire Police have launched an appeal tonight after the child has not been seen since leaving her home in Fratton at around 4.30pm this afternoon.

It is said to be very out of character for Amira to not let her family know where she is and police and very concerned for Amira’s safety due to her age.

Amira is described as black 5ft 6ins tall, of fairly muscular build, with black afro hair tied in a scrunchy and has a clip-on nose ring.

She was last seen wearing a black adidas jacket with yellow sleeves and black leggings.
