TWO men from Gosport and Emsworth were injured in a crash in which a woman died.
The 22-year-old woman died in a crash on the B2146 between Funtington and Ashling Park in West Sussex
It happened on Friday at 2.30pm when the VW Polo saloon, driven by the woman, crashed into a DAF heavy goods vehicle.
Sussex Police said the rear seat passenger, a 20-year old man, from Emsworth, received critical back and leg injuries and is currently at Southampton General Hospital.
The front seat passenger, a 34-year old Gosport man, was treated for cuts at St Richards Hospital, Chichester.
The road was closed for more than four hours while emergency services attended the scene.
