Hampshire council tax is set to rise – but bosses say it is ‘no mean feat’

AN APPEAL has been launched over plans to build four homes.

Proposals to build the dwellings and garages at 120 White Dirt Lane, Horndean, were refused by East Hampshire District Council.

But the applicant, Mr R J Saunders, has appealed to the secretary of state to overturn the decision.

Comments can be submitted at planningportal.gov.uk/pcs and must be received by May 18.
