Comment refusal
A COUNCIL have refused to reveal whether it took any action after one of its vans was spotted parking on double yellow lines.
As previously reported in The News the Fareham Borough Council van was spotted by a resident consistently parking in Lower Quay Road.
The council said it would investigate further but have refused to comment on an ‘internal matter’.
