A CASE of suspected flytipping has been dropped after an investigation by Fareham Borough Council found no offence had been committed.

Reports were made of bags being left by the side of the road in Pinks Hill, Fareham, on December 18.

However, a subsequent council investigation found that builders who were working nearby had temporarily unloaded the bags of bricks so their van could drive off muddy ground after it became stuck.
