JOBS will be swapped at a council as it focuses on the importance of the customer.
Havant Borough Council will be marking Customer Service Week from October 7 to 11.
The authority is asking residents to vote for staff who provide a good service and have gone the extra mile to help.
Meanwhile, job swap days will give staff the opportunity to experience roles in other services in the council and partnering organisations to gain a better understanding of challenges faced by others.
Councillor Mike Cheshire, responsible for marketing, said: ‘Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and our goal is to provide excellent customer service. It is a difficult job as some decisions we have to make don’t meet with everyone’s approval. To help us celebrate Customer Service Week and assist the council to develop targeted, value-for-money services, we are asking our customers to get in-touch and tell us when we get it right.’
