Date for planning appeal regarding Portchester development confirmed

THE date for a landmark planning appeal regarding a 120-home development has been confirmed.

A government planning inspector will hear Persimmon Homes’ appeal for the 120 homes off Cranleigh Road in Portchester on April 25, from 10am at the Civic Offices in Fareham.

The appeal follows the council previously rejecting the plans for the development.

It will last for around four days and those that wish to speak at the appeal are urged to be there from the very first day on April 25 to have their say.
