LIBRARIES across Fareham, Gosport, Havant and Waterlooville will have a restricted service next month.

Due to a computer systems upgrade, people will be unable to check their loans or information on library cards from when the library closes on Saturday, January 25 until Thursday, January 30.

Access to online services will be restricted and people will not be able to pay fines or hire charges.

During this time all the libraries will be open as usual and people will still be able to borrow books, use computers and attend library events.
