Warrant Officers and Senior Rates Mess from HMS Diamond replaced their usual Gibraltar Rock Race with a leap frog relay from the port to the summit of the monolithic rock.

Raising money for The Hosanna House Children’s Pilgrimage Trust, 31 leapfroggers were cheered on by Commander of the British Force in Gibraltar, Commodore Michael Walliker OBE.

Having trained rigorously for the task, the crew ascended the 14,000ft summit in an impressive 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The challenge has managed to raise more than £2,000 and counting for HCPT.
