A PLANNING committee meeting has been cancelled – because there wasn’t enough on the agenda to debate.

Portsmouth City Council will rearrange the discussion over some of the latest planning applications for a later date. It was due to be held at Portsmouth Guildhall on Wednesday, August 14, at 2pm.

Labour group leader John Ferrett, who is a member of the committee, said the meeting was cancelled because there were only a couple of items that were due to be discussed.
