Online scheme launched at East Hampshire District Council
GETTING in touch with a council just got easier.
East Hampshire District Council now provides live online help which allows people to talk to the authority’s customer service team.
Councillor Bill Mouland, in charge of communications, said: ‘The introduction of the live help service will give our customers another way to contact the council without having to make a phone call.’
