THE leader of West Sussex County Council has signed a pledge to tackle homophobic bullying on behalf of the local authority.

#NoBystander is organised by charity Stonewall and looks to everyone to help tackle homophobic and transgender bullying and abuse at home, work and at school.

It comes ahead of national Anti-Bullying Week, which runs from Monday.
