Portsmouth South MP welcomes lord for return visit
 The public event on November 11  at Canoe Lake tennis pavilion between 4pm and 6pm, includes an open discussion where people can ask questions on any topic.
Lord  Judd served as MP for Portsmouth West and North in the 1960s and  '70s and entered the House of Lords in 1991.
