A PRIVATE meeting was set to be held this afternoon to review the conduct of a member of Portsmouth City Council.

It is unknown who the complaint is about, as the authority is keeping under wraps the identity of the member while their behaviour is being investigated.

The meeting, which the public and press are not allowed to attend, takes place at Portsmouth Guildhall’s executive meeting room from 2pm.
